This image labeled "Diamonds" contains almost all of DOF PRO's features, including chromatic aberration. The bokeh color spectrum is especially seen in the highly defocused background stones. Grain re-generation based on focus map, spherical aberrations and bokeh thickness combined produce a beautiful DOF result unmatched by any other DOF post processor.

Because DOF PRO is 100% optically correct, chromatic aberrations can also be used to simulate Purple Fringing, a chromatic aberration often visible in high contrast areas including those of photometric burnout. Imperfections such as these greatly enhance photorealism in computer generated images.
