 learning curve is a bit over whelming

I just purchased DOF Gen and note that the file in PS must be a BMP?
I got this file in the right plug-in folder and it?s a BMP 24 bit window file.

When I clicked on OK and it processed it 's almost black. Confused
The tutorial is missing the pictures in the HML so I have to look at them and guess there position in the HML, not a online page?

Help Please?

Flash,

did you extract the tutorial correctly with folders? If so there is a sub-folder called "HTML" where all the images are placed.
